Some of my thoughts on social media
Here's my definition: Social Media is the (online) conversation that takes place to a variety of outlets (blogs, microblogs, social networking, video sharing, Q&A's, Forums etc.)
The goal of effective Social Media Marketing in my opinion is to FIND, FOLLOW and FUEL these conversations using a variety of tools and rules..
ROI? What is the ROI of your phone? Can it be measured in hard $ and % or is it evident that you do not want to be left out of the conversation?
