After the training, Steve and I went immediately into a group meeting of leaders who have come together since last October for the purposes of bringing Kingdom transformation to Dayton: Transformation Dayton Organization.

Presently, the core members consist of a mixture representing many spheres which is great.

Right before the CAWI, the group had finally come to a point ready to develop Vision, Mission and Purpose. I was facilitating that meeting and the group actually articulated their purpose statement. However, upon our return, as I was still nominated to facilitate the whole process, it was time for the group to develop the Vision.

Thru the information we learned at CAWI, Steve and I had a new and clearer understanding of the 6 stages of leadership development and especially the key of problem solving.

I used some of your PowerPoint pages in our discussion, and the "Transformation Trinity" concept brought great understanding to the entire group in a new way that we had not realized or seen before.

Steve and I also gained more insight into the Victorious Eschatology which affected us personally in a dramatic way. It set Steve on a new course of positive business vision instead of the dread, doom, and hope to “evaporate” before it all explodes concepts out there… We were empowered by the understanding that we are to be CHANGE AGENTS and that it actually is HIS will. Wow.

I believe we were the first ones in the TDO group to understand a bit more about V.E. and when we shared about it, a very lively discussion ensued... The group is extremely interested in learning more and feel convicted that the vision will be in line with that teaching imparting hope and encouragement.

I am tasked with the responsibility to present the group with media and teachings regarding this next week.

Do you please have any specific powerful MEDIA recommendations?

Steve and I felt that attending the course was certainly a destiny connection; however, upon returning to Ohio and the events that unfolded rapidly in our lives during the days following, the truth of that knowledge was confirmed in mighty ways!

THANKS Os for laying down your life to encourage and equip His saints for a time such as this!

Check out new video interview I did with Lance Wallnau on current progress on 7 mountain initiatives when we were together in Cincinnati this week.

Fantastic weekend. I know I made the right decision to be there. I am still working to put my head around the knowledge of the Gospel of the Kingdom that was deposited in me. I attended a Mayor's prayer breakfast this morning in Augusta GA and began the process of using what I learned to transform our local communities. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with everyone who attended. I will appreciate your sharing what was revealed and how God is calling you to use that knowledge. Let's use this forum to continue to grow in our relationship with God.
