What can i do to make a difference in the situation i am in

Hi, i am from the Netherlands,

The last five years i am struggling with my finances. Nothing seems to work what i do. Tried so many things and it is getting worser. I cant even pay my rent any more. And the pressure is getting more knowing i can not pay my bills. 

Before i meet Christ, everything i worked  on was getting well. I work in sales, was successful, only after 5 years i lost everything. Because i did stupid things with my money. After that i went to Christ. I am a new born Christian for 5 years.

The last year i am looking what i am passion about and that is make difference in others peoples life by motivate them and looking for their talent. I feel like Josef.

I have to many doubts about myself and i think that's why nothing worked.

So anybody with suggestions

Not knowing the specific details of the things you have tried after coming to Christ, I will speak to your situation "in general." 

 

First, God's way is not the world's way. As a matter of fact..."in most cases," God's way is not even the way of the organized church, since often times even the modern day church is built upon worldly principles of success and achievement. 

 

Second, I can tell you that "though your circumstances seem dismal," God is weaving a special garment with your life. In weaving any garment, the success of that garment will be judged by many depending upon "when" they behold it. Someone might see the garment before completion and feel that it is missing a sleeve, or tattered at the hem and therefore, worthless. But in reality, the tailor is not finished. He is carefully places each thread, tucking each hem, and intricately "bringing the fabrics together," so that the finished product is a garment which will draw gasps of "awe" from all who view the finished product.

 

Likewise, God is weaving a special garment with your life. He is strategically placing each thread with a specific purpose in mind. Follow your Father's heart and listen attentively to His precious voice. Trust not in your circumstances, but rather...in the God who holds forever in His hands. He truly is the Father who will never leave, or forsake you.

My life is now the opposite. I am runaway from my home town, not living a homosexual life, though i am not having feelings for woman, have real friends, no more drugs, only smoking, more responsible, making no money, and try to come above, looking for my passion, loving God and sometimes hating everything.

But i am on my way. His way.

You are most welcome. God is taking you on a journey, "one baby step" at a time. You can trust Him. I promise you this, "He will not fail you."

 

Since you have experienced the truth behind the veil of homosexuality "with money," and now know the joy of walking free of homosexuality "without money," which would you say is better? 

 

Do not fear. The provision will come. I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their seed begging bread. God does not take us half way across the river of life. He brings us safely to the shore of our complete deliverance and provision.

Here is something that I know helps me in the grand plan of the Lord for me. Read the first 4 chapters of Ephesians. In this writing from the Apostle Paul, the Word breaks it down just how much the Father is in you as you are in Him. When you read that a few times and take the time in prayer with Jesus, you really see how much you are loved, and how much grace the Lord gives you. He has had a plan for you since the before the foundations of the earth! This will add so much confidence in you as you walk this earth, but as you walk this earth with the Holy Spirit. Rejoice brother, for the Lord loves you and so does the Body of Christ who will help pick you up during this race in which you are in as we all are. Edify, build up each other. That is so incredible to me!!! I hope you see this as well.

After reading your message and the comments from Danny and Robert, I prayed for you today to KNOW the depth and heighth and breadth of the Love of Christ.

I know Danny's story - we live in the same area of the USA and have heard him in person and have wept for the hardships each of you have gone through. Some of the things we encounter on our pathway are of our making and some of others - who are deceived by the devil.  I felt the Lord would say this to you today : " Marien, I have called you as an Oak of righteousness as a display for the Lord's splendor".. paraphrase from Isaiah 61:3.

Each of us have struggles in this life on earth - no one is exempt - it is what we do with the pains and wounds that gives us a Future filled with Hope and Joy and the Peace that passes all understanding.  Your financial struggles are just part of what God appears to be working on in our life as well as many in the body of Christ. He can not allow no one or nothing above him. Tithes to your local church, offerings to those He lays in your heart - widows, orphans, Israel all part of His plan to bless the people. Os has some good teachings on the subject on this marketplace leader website.  Sometimes it is related to generational sin - or iniquities.

If you have not read it yet - a book by Derek Prince - Blessings or Curses will help you understand this better.

I pray you are so overwhelmed by God's love for you that you will be able to trust in Him fully for all areas of your life.

Remember, NO one and NOTHING can snatch you out of the palm of His hand !

Wow, my heart is blessed. I am so gratefully for people like you. Thank you for making it personal and for your prayer Charleen. I am very happy with your message.

I can see you have a wounded heart too, but i can also see there is a offspring of life in there as well. A life that will bless other nations and specially children, young and old. A straight way that leads to Jesus. A journey of a pathway to heaven. People need to see this pathway in you, so you can bring them by Jesus. Eph 1;10

Not by religion but by relation.
