Startup/Searching for a Mentor

I thought to ask if anyone is a Mentor in the hospitality/restaurant space that has a passion for community/changing culture (organically/ground up/holistically). I am looking for a Believer that can help me establish a creative cafe in Southern California. It's so important that I find a Faith-based leader in the industry.
